How does the futurity work?
Simple explanation of the program-
Juniors purchase a nominated ewe lambs, shows it and has show superintendent sign points form which is then submitted to the USSA Office.

USSA members nominate ewe lambs that are sold through public auction. Any nominated ewe lambs purchased by a junior are eligible to participate. Please note that the registration paper must be transferred into the junior’s name only. The nomination fees are pooled together and paid out to participants based on points earned through showing the ewe lamb.  See complete rules provided below.

How does the yearling ewe futurity work?
Simple explanation of the program-
Junior nominates a purchased yearling ewe, shows it and has show superintendent sign points form which is then submitted to the USSA Office.

Juniors nominates a purchased yearling ewe OR shows a yearling ewe that was nominated as a lamb (automatically entered into the yearling ewe futurity).  Please note that the registration paper must be transferred into the junior’s name only. The nomination fees are pooled together and paid out to participants based on points earned through showing the ewe lamb. See complete rules provided below.

How does the bred and owned futurity work?
Simple explanation of the program-
Junior nominates their bred and owned ewe lamb or yearling ewe, shows it and has show superintendent sign points form which is then submitted to the USSA Office.
